Skills Development Fellowship

The University of Exeter is pleased to partner again with the Medical Research Council (MRC) to a further Skills Development Fellowship commencing March 2020. This three year training fellowship will support an early- to mid-career researcher to explore, consolidate and further develop their skills in an MRC priority area in which they are already active or in which they are seeking training.

Exeter’s priority skills themes are wide ranging; there are no restrictions on the research fields of applicants, however Exeter’s scientific themes are in the development of quantitative methodologies for:

  • Neuroscience
  • Health services research
  • Genomic medicine
  • Fungal and bacterial infections
  • Healthy Ageing
